Summary:
The E-Sourcing Analyst will play a key role in delivering efficient and compliant sourcing outcomes by managing e-sourcing events from setup to completion. You will execute RFx events and auctions in alignment with category strategies, ensuring sourcing activities are delivered on time and to quality standards. A critical part of your role will be analysing supplier bids, preparing evaluation reports, and supporting negotiation activities to enable competitive and value-driven decisions.
You will also manage supplier engagement throughout the sourcing process, providing training and guidance to ensure smooth participation in e-sourcing platforms. Maintaining accurate data and documentation in e-sourcing systems and ensuring compliance with procurement policies will be essential. By combining strong analytical skills with attention to detail, you will help optimise sourcing processes, enhance supplier experience, and contribute to the organisation’s overall procurement success.

Responsibilities:

Manage e-sourcing events (RFx, e-auction) from setup to completion, ensuring alignment with category strategies

Analyse supplier responses, prepare bid evaluations, and support negotiation activities.

Provide training and guidance to suppliers on tools and processes

Maintain accurate data and documentation in e-sourcing platforms while ensuring compliance with policies

Analyse sourcing outcomes and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities

Work closely with suppliers and build strong relationships

Work closely with Category teams and business units to align sourcing activities with business needs

Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing processes and tools
Position requirements:
-
+5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories
-
Proven experience managing end-to-end RFx events with strong expertise in sourcing activities, including bid analysis and negotiation preparation

Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry

Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence

Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa (or equivalent such as SAP Ariba) sourcing solutions

Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others

Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives

Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
