Position Summary

We have an opportunity for a highly skilled Business intelligence Analyst to join the Service Integrity team within Civil Aerospace.

You will be joining a team dedicated to the continuous improvement of our Engine Health Monitoring and Lifing services.

Utilizing a variety of tools and technologies including ADX (Azure Data explorer), Databricks, Power BI, Application insights and SQL Server you will be developing tools and techniques to assess and improve the reliability and quality of our Data and the effectiveness of our services.

What you will be doing:

Developing tools and techniques to identify potential issues with existing services.
Creating business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Collecting, collating and transforming data from a variety of data sources.
Assisting teams with analysing and understanding results.
Working with other teams to find IT and data solutions to business problems.
Proactively working to locate and resolve issues.
Providing day to day support for solutions delivered by the team.
Developing automation solutions for manual processes.

Excellent IT Skills.
Understanding of data interrogation using query languages such as SQL, Kusto and Python.
Familiarity with Databricks, Power BI, SQL server.
A Familiarity with Microsoft azure including storage accounts, Logic Apps and Data Factory would be desirable.
Knowledge of EHM snapshot and continuous data would be advantageous but not required.
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate with key stakeholders/customers
